Skanska USA Building Inc., part of the Skanska AB global group of companies, has naamed Joey Hatch president of its national health-care division. Based in Nashville, he will oversee Skanska’s health-care construction operations and continue managing the firm’s Tennessee division operations. Hatch previously served as an executive vice president. The company is headquartered in Parsippany, N.J., and provides construction, pre-construction consulting, general contracting and design-build services.



George D. Gardner
has been named senior vice president of Tetra Tech NUS, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tetra Tech Inc. The environmental engineering, construction/remediation and information management consulting firm is based in Pasadena, Calif. Gardner currently serves as general manager of the Wilmington, Mass., office. Also, Saverio DeBartolo has been named vice president. He currently serves as the principal director of Tetra Tech NUS and also is the director of the Tetra Tech NUS Guaranteed Fixed-Price Remediation Program.


Long Beach, Calif.-based Earth Tech Inc., a provider of consulting, engineering and construction services, has appointed Georgia Perkey as chief information officer. Prior to joining the firm, she was senior managing director of strategic technology solutions for CB Richard Ellis, where she designed and implemented complex integrated technology solutions for managing global outsourced clients in diverse industries.


James Graham Jr. has joined Eschbacher Engineering P.C., a consulting engineering firm based in Melville, N.Y., as vice president. He will be responsible for the supervision of major transportation, public works and infrastructure projects, as well as client development. Previously, he was the commissioner of engineering/town engineer for the town of Brookhaven, N.Y.


MARTIN

Frank T. Martin has joined PBS&J’s national transit services division as a vice president/senior project director. He will be based in the firm’s Tallahassee, Fla., office. Most recently, he was the chief operating officer for the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority in San Jose, Calif. The consulting firm provides infrastructure planning, engineering, construction management and program management services.

 


Pate Engineers Inc., a Houston-based full-service civil engineering consulting firm, has hired Michael F. Thuss as vice president, San Antonio Services, in its recently opened office. Before joining the company, Thuss was program director for Parsons PM Team, a joint venture of Parsons PMCM International and U.S. Infrastructure.
